Barr.Gita Receives Royal Blessing. ...Declares Intention to Contest for Ekeremor Constituency 1.

The Amananaowei  of Isampou Community Chief Warrior Morris has poured out royal blessing on Barr.Gita Tariere an aspirant in the platform of the people Democratic party(PD) seeking to represent Ekeremor constituency one in the Bayelsa state House of Assembly.

Chief Morris while receiving Barr.Gita in his palace in Isampou community lauded the aspirant for her sheer determination to declare her intention to contest the forth coming election and charged her to be courageous and put the interest of the people into consideration when elected.

The Royal father expressed concern that right from the inception of the present Democracy no other community have represented the constituency in the state House of Assembly and urged the people Democratic party and  other political stakeholders to give a daughter of Isampou a Chance in the spirit of justice, fair play and all inclusiveness.

He noted that Barr.Gita has what it take to effectively represent the constituency in view of her philanthropic gesture and accessibility to the people of the area.

Speaking to journalist after the visit to the palace of the Royal father,Barr. Gita Tariere said, her desire to contest is borne out of the need to make laws that will transform the lives of the constituency and attract impactful projects.

Barr.Gita stated that education, youths and women empowerment will be are priority in the constituency, promising to step up her educational campaign against illiteracy and award scholarships to brilliant youths from the area.

On his part,the immediate past president of all Ekeremor students, Comr.Solomon Afore said that Barr.Gita have the support of all  Ekeremor students because of her love for education as she has assisted students in the past by payment of school fees and provision of books to enhance their academic.
