Bayelsa First Lady dragged to court

Bayelsa state First Lady, Dr.  Mrs. Rachel Dickson has been dragged to court over a malicious damage of property belonging to one Toney Ezekiel in Yenagoa.
The said destroyed property is situated in an expansive multi storey building undergoing construction and nearly completion at Erepa Road, Yenizua-Gene.
She allegedly used one of the defendants to prevent the claimant, Mr. Tony Ezekiel from the construction work by leaving and dumping a container (made steel) on the claimant’s building. The heavy structure has negatively impacted on the foundation of the building erected by the claimant.
The claimant, Mr. Ezekiel averred that he has already spent a total sum of N40,000, 000.00 on the said building before the defendant damaged it.
When the matter came up at the Yenagoa Chief Judge Court for hearing, Kate Abiri adjourned the matter to November 5, 2015 for further hearing, advising that both parties must be represented in the next adjournment to facilitate the court process.
The defendants are Dr. Rachel Dickson, Arch Raymond Fabor and Tare Konyefa.
