APC ratifies Joseph Fafi as acting chairman in Bayelsa

The All Progressive Party (APC) leadership in Bayelsa state has ratified comrade Joseph as the acting chairman of the party.
In a thunderous state in an all inclusive meeting at the party’s secretariat in Yenagoa, the leader of the party Chief Timipre Sylva disclosed that the former chairman of the party Hon. Tiwei Orunimighe was suspended for anti-party activities, saying that he traded with the party.
He described Hon. Orunimighe as a wicked, recalcitrant coward party man whom he brought to limelight having made him local government and party chairman respectively in the past.
The ex-Bayelsa state governor however debunked allegations that he’s an Abuja based politician, but rather he described himself as a well grounded politician in Bayelsa state to make the party move forward.
In his remarks, the state Minister of Agriculture Senator Heineken Lokpobiri said that there is on-going revolution as the APC is the ruling party in Nigeria believing that no one is going to be left out as the party is strongly believe in the rule of law.
He said Orunimighe and some his key executive members were expelled from the party for anti-party activities and this brings to fore that the bad days are over.
He made it clear that the national working committee of the party is aware of the meeting because they approved it.
In his brief address, the acting chairman of the party, Mr. Joseph Fafi commended the party leader Chief Timipre Sylva and the Minister of Agriculture state Senator  Heineken for their contributions of building the party as he equally thanked members of the party who turned out in their large numbers to grace the occasion.
He also solicited for their support to move the party forward.
